How It Works

We deliver directly to your Airbnb, condo, or resort.

Ride the Emerald Coast or relax on the beach.
4. We Pick It Up
When your rental is over, we pick everything up the morning of your selected return date.
Good to Know Before You Book
WE PICK UP THE MORNING OF YOUR SELECTED RETURN DATE
• MORNING DELIVERY AND PICKUP ARE PREFERRED. Most deliveries are completed by noon on your selected start date, and pickup occurs the morning of your selected return date. You are not charged for the return date. Other arrangements may be available when necessary but must be confirmed in advance.
• DELIVERY ACCESS: Rentals may be delivered before you arrive. Please provide the correct address, gate codes, access instructions, and a working phone number during checkout.
• BEACH GEAR: We deliver equipment to your vacation rental—not to the beach—and do not provide beach setup. Customers are responsible for transporting, setting up, securing, and returning the equipment to the delivery location for pickup.
• GOLF CARTS: Renters and approved drivers must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. The renter’s automobile insurance will be primary.
• PROPERTY RULES: Customers must verify that golf carts and selected beach equipment are permitted at their vacation rental, resort, and beach. Golf-cart renters must also confirm that legal parking is available.
• PAYMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY: Full payment is required for reservations made through our online checkout. Partial-payment arrangements may be available for advance reservations but must be coordinated with us directly before booking. Please call 850-543-1110 to discuss available arrangements. Rental dates are not reserved until the agreed initial payment has been received, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery.
• NO REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. A valid payment method is securely kept on file and may be charged for damage, loss, tickets, towing, recovery costs, or other charges covered by the rental agreement.
